Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in State College, PA is hiring CNAs and HHAs to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive culture, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in PA.
• Active PA CNA certification or completion of PA-approved 75-hour HHA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Perform ROM and mobility support and ensure safety and comfort.
• Follow care plans and document care as required.
• Communicate concerns to clinical staff and build relationships with families.
