Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Pediatric Imaging Nurse to provide expert nursing care and consultation for pediatric patients across the imaging department. You will assess patients before procedures, coordinate sedation, and ensure safety and comfort throughout imaging workflows.

The role requires a nursing credential (ADN or BSN) and experience in pediatric or critical care settings, with emphasis on teamwork and patient advocacy in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an ADN or a BSN (or equivalent) to meet entry level requirements.
• 1+ year of nursing experience in critical care/emergency or pediatric sedation settings.
• Experience providing pediatric patient care in imaging or similar department is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and consultation for pediatric patients in the imaging department.
• Assess patients prior to procedures or scans and coordinate care around sedation and safety.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and support staff to deliver patient‑centered imaging services.
