Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required (BSPharm or PharmD).
• Two or more years in ASHP-accredited residency/fellowship OR equivalent practice experience.
• Florida pharmacist license or eligibility within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead antimicrobial stewardship activities and optimize therapy for pediatric patients.
• Participate in ID consult rounds and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop and maintain antimicrobial protocols, order sets, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Microbiology, Sepsis, and Quality teams.
• Mentor residents and students; engage in scholarly activities and education.
