Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver care using nursing processes: assessment, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate to plan and document care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor IV sites, collect specimens, and assist with procedures.
• Administer and reconstitute medications per policy and ensure five rights.
• Participate in rounds and promote family-centered care.
• Utilize EHR for accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure safe sedation administration and monitor recovery.
• Complete multi-system assessments and wound care as needed.
• Communicate plan of care with patients and families and hand off at shift change.
