Qualifications

• American Heart Association BLS certification required; ACLS as department dictates.

Responsibilities

• Manages comprehensive and individualized care for pediatric ICU patients and families.
• Completes daily rounds and pre/post-procedure evaluations.
• Performs integrated assessments and orders tests or consults as appropriate.
• Documents findings in the medical record with clear communication to the care team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and follow-up care for outpatient needs.
• Mentors staff and learners and participates in educational activities.
