We are seeking pediatric hospitalist physicians for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital, located just outside Washington, DC. Responsibilities include providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in the newborn nursery and ER consults.
MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital in Clinton, Maryland, is a 250-bed acute care facility with approximately 65,000 ER visits and 19,000 admissions annually. Our pediatric hospitalists cover the Level II NICU (special care nursery).
Clinton offers excellent public schools, access to cultural activities, and proximity to major cities like New York, Philadelphia, and Richmond. Convenient airports include Dulles International and Reagan National.
The ideal candidate will hold Maryland licensure/eligibility, be BC/BE in pediatrics, and have recent pediatric hospitalist experience, including neonatal resuscitation (NRP guidelines), intubation, line placement, and stabilization prior to transport. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential. Multiple shift options are available.

This position offers a salary range of $170,044 - $222,594.
