The PANDA Palliative Care Team is seeking a Pediatric Palliative Care Physician to join Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC. The team serves prenatal, infant, child, adolescent, and young adult populations with serious illnesses and their families. Our mission is to prevent, reduce, and ease suffering, and support children and families in managing complex medical care. We are one of the few pediatric-specific palliative care groups in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. Faculty appointments are available through George Washington University.
The faculty physician will be responsible for patient care in hospital and clinic settings, as well as engaging in research, educational, and advocacy initiatives as directed by the Division Chief and/or Center leadership.
