Qualifications

• Licensed MD/DO by the Texas Medical Board prior to hire date.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient care across acute and subspecialty settings to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor the next generation of clinicians by participating in clinical education and training.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute holistic care plans for families.
• Support 24/7 in-house coverage to provide continuous, compassionate medical attention.
