Qualifications

• Two years of post-graduate pediatric hospital medicine experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to a wide variety of pediatric inpatients at Bethany Children’s Health Center.
• Supervise APRNs/PAs and co-manage patients in complex care.
• Educate PGY-3 pediatric residents and provide clinical teaching.
• Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate organizational citizenship and professional collaboration.

Job description

As a Pediatric Hospitalist, you are responsible for providing direct patient care to a wide variety of inpatients at the hospital, supervision of advanced practice providers (APRNs/PAs), education of PGY-3 pediatric residents, and participating in organizational citizenship within the hospital.
