Responsibilities

• Newborn nursery coverage with seamless support from our experienced Pediatrix neonatologists
• Three Pediatric Hospitalist team model fostering collaboration and work‑life balance
• Round‑and‑go schedule with home call: 10 shifts per month
• Circumcisions performed by pediatric hospitalists
• Pediatric consultations for the ED providing timely evaluations, treatment plans, and support to the emergency team
• Collaborative environment with neonatologists and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
• Engagement in CQI initiatives and clinical research to advance quality outcomes and innovation
• Access to a vast national network of over 400 NICUs and thousands of providers across the Pediatrix system sharing knowledge, support, and best practices
