Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas (Hospital) is seeking a Security Officer to protect people and property across campus, conduct patrols, inspections, and investigations, and respond to security needs of staff, patients, and visitors. Shift: Monday–Sunday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in security or law enforcement, a valid Texas driver’s license, and strong written and spoken communication.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of security, military, or law enforcement experience required.
• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and be insurable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral required.
• Must be able to work with computer and security monitoring systems.

Mansioni

• Protect property, buildings, grounds, and personnel through patrols, inspections, and investigations.
• Patrol buildings and parking areas for lost or suspicious persons.
• Check doors after hours and ensure secure building(s).
• Respond to emergencies, code conditions, and security alarms.
• Complete daily activity logs and shift paperwork.
• Escort during fund raisers as needed.
• Collaborate with staff and supervisors to maintain a harmonious environment.
• Organize work to maximize efficiency and complete tasks on time.
