Abbott in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Pedıatric Hospital Sales Specialist to promote and grow Abbott Nutritional products in hospital settings. You will manage territory sales in NICU, Pediatrics, and Nursing units, negotiate with hospital supply chains, and lead product launches while partnering with Dietitians, Physicians and Nurses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years hospital sales or clinical experience, and may prefer Registered Dietitian credentials.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years sales experience in a hospital setting and/or clinical experience.
• Registered Dietitian with sales experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and support territory sales goals in major hospital systems for Similac, Neosure, and HPCL.
• Conduct hospital negotiations and contracting with hospital supply chain teams.
• Understand product portfolio, clinical studies, and guidelines to present in a selling environment.
• Lead new product launches and engage with NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries and Nursing units.
• Schedule and host evening educational opportunities for Healthcare Professionals (1-2 nights per quarter).
