Job summary

Children’s Minnesota in Saint Paul, MN, seeks a Hospital Nursing Supervisor (HNS) to direct and coordinate hospital activities across shifts, utilizing leadership and clinical judgment to ensure safe patient care.

You will work with unit leadership, RMCs and charge nurses to optimize staffing, triage operational issues, and facilitate patient placement and admissions.

RN license in MN required with 3–5 years hospital nursing and leadership experience; BLS is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (MN) license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize and coordinate overall hospital activities during shifts.
• Lead nursing resources and coordinate with unit leadership and charge nurses.
• Facilitate patient placement and the admission status process.
