Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving and conflict-resolution, organization and communication; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions and coordination of care.
• Educate patient and family on disease process, self-care techniques and prevention strategies.
