Job summary

MGA Home Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide pediatric home health services, following physician orders and an active plan of care. You will administer medications, document actions, educate families, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.

The role offers a flexible schedule with night differential and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with diverse pediatric patients. AZ licensure is required; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required)

Responsibilities

• Treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care.
• Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
