Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse for intermittent visits in Arizona to provide pediatric home health care, following physician plans of care and administering medications and therapies in the patient’s home.

You will document assessments and nursing actions, educate families, manage wounds and central lines, and ensure safe delivery of physician-ordered care. A flexible schedule and sign-on bonus are offered, with potential earnings up to $110k annually.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona (or compact state) registered nurse license in good standing.
• CPR for healthcare providers.
• PICC/Central line experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents per physician plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Document assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
• Educate patient and family on disease process, self-care, and prevention.
• Provide pediatric education and INR checks.
• Wound care and wound vac management.
