Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Summerville, SC is seeking an LPN to provide in-home, 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans for both pediatric and adult clients.

We offer weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and ongoing clinical support. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Drug Screen is required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
