Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is hiring a pediatric nurse to provide one-on-one home care to medically complex children in the Logan area. You will focus on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and ensuring adherence to established clinical guidelines.

The role offers full-time or part-time options with day and night shifts and travel between Cache/Box Elder Counties as needed. Join a dedicated team that values quality of service and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Utah Practical or RN license.
• Active BLS certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for patient travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the populations served.
• Manage daily care for each patient following clinical guidelines.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within Kantime EMR.

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)

Schedule:

Full-Time or Part-Time NIGHTS or Days (Travel between Cache/Box Elder Counties Required)

Requirements

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Valid drivers license , reliable transportation commuting to patient location
