Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a pediatric nurse to provide dedicated in-home care. You will focus on one child at a time, delivering compassionate treatment and following established clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the pediatric population we serve.
• Manage daily care for patients following provider guidelines.
• Log clinical notes daily in Kantime EMR system.

We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Logan area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric patients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing. • Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)

Schedule:

Full-Time or Part-Time NIGHTS or Days (Travel between Cache/Box Elder Counties Required)

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Valid drivers license , reliable transportation commuting to patient location
