Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide private duty pediatric care in the home setting across West St. Louis County and surrounding areas.

You will work one-on-one with children and young adults, delivering skilled nursing and health monitoring. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling, day, night, and weekend shifts, and a supportive team that emphasizes family-centered care and education to help children thrive

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patients condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications treatments and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach ventilator airway and G tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
