Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking RN or LPN nurses to deliver one-on-one pediatric home care for medically complex children across Cadet, Desloge, and nearby towns.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Missouri-licensed RN or LPN.
• Pediatric home care experience preferred.
• Ability to perform trach, G-tube, and ventilator care when required.

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition; communicate changes to care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
