Louis and surrounding areas. You’ll administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with families and the care team to keep children safe and thriving at home. Prior pediatric home care experience is not required, with hands-on training and 24/7 clinical

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient’s condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
