KidsCare Home Health in Kentucky is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based therapy. The SLP conducts evaluations, designs treatment plans, and guides families to reinforce progress in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification required.
• Pediatric clinical/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric home health patients.
• Perform language, articulation, and feeding assessments.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain patient progress notes and records.
• Mentor students and new hires.
• Support QA/QI activities and ongoing education.
