North-Texas-Therapy-and-Home-Car in Texas seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy to patients aged 0–21, several times weekly. You will conduct assessments, interpret results, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to set goals and deliver interventions.

Responsibilities include educating caregivers, modifying plans, and potentially supervising Clinical Fellows. Pediatrics and feeding experience are required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or University.
• Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship year, CCC-SLP.
• License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
• Experience in pediatrics required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Feeding Experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in the home or daytime facility of patients 0-21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance with physician orders.
• Define patients' degree and type of speech, language, voice, oral-motor, swallowing, feeding, auditory processing, and/or fluency impairment(s) by selecting and administering the most appropriate testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports.
• In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate team goals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct team in specific speech therapy modalities and interventions.
• Plan for and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training, printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance with a total speech therapy program.
• May provide supervision to Clinical Fellows of Speech Pathology and/or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants if you possess three or more years of experience.
