Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for full-time pediatric home health care in Fremont, NE. The role involves in-home and school-based nursing, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating with the care team.

You will administer medications and therapies, including trach, ventilator, and G-tube care, while educating families to support ongoing care at home. Wednesdays with occasional Thursdays, overnight shifts 10p–8a, and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and therapies per care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition; communicate changes with care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
