Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking a Full Time Skilled Nurse to provide pediatric home care in Fremont, NE. You will work day shifts with some overnight/PRN coverage, focusing on children with tracheostomy and G-tube needs.

Responsibilities include administering medications and therapies, assessing patient conditions, documenting care, and educating families to promote safety and independence in home and school settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska.
• Experience in pediatric/home health preferred.
• Ability to work in home and school settings.
• Trach, ventilator and G-tube care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
• Follow care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
