Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking a dedicated RN to provide skilled pediatric nursing in home and school settings in the LaVista, NE area. You will support medically complex children, manage medications, and collaborate with families and care teams to keep kids safe at home.

This full‑time, night‑shift position offers meaningful one‑on‑one patient care, training on trach, ventilator, and G‑tube care, and strong family education.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with care team
• Administer medications, treatments and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach ventilator, airway and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
