Pediatric Home Service in Fremont, NE is seeking a full-time skilled nurse to provide in-home pediatric care, including school settings. You’ll assess patient conditions, administer medications and therapies, and support families through education.

This role focuses on safe, child-centered care with flexible scheduling and strong teamwork with the care team. Experience in pediatrics preferred; training will be provided for trach and G-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patients condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications treatments and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach ventilator airway and G tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment
