Pediatric Home Service, Inc. in Fremont, NE is seeking a full-time pediatric nurse to provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.

You will assess patient condition, administer medications and therapies, and follow individualized care plans to support medically complex children. Shift patterns include day shifts on Wednesdays with occasional Thursday shifts, casual PRN, and overnights from 10 PM to 8 AM.

• Administer medications and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach ventilator airway and G tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
