Job summary

Royal Care Certified in New York seeks a dedicated Pediatric Home Health Occupational Therapist to support children in Queens and Nassau County on a fee-for-service basis.

You will assess and develop therapy plans, document progress, educate families, and collaborate with physicians to help children regain daily living skills.

A NY OT license, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of home health experience are required; bilingual is a plus.

• OT license and NY State registration required.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• At least 1 year of home health experience required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Occupational Therapy to patients by assessing and developing care plans and creating OT home care treatment plans alongside physicians or by prescription.
• Document visits and patient progress updates.
• Educate caregivers and families on patient care.
• Make sound judgments on care and services needed for each patient.
• Support company mission by delivering high-quality home care.
