Places You’ll Go Therapy (PYG Therapy) is hiring compassionate pediatric Occupational Therapists to provide home-based OT services across Arizona. The role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and both W-2 and 1099 opportunities with a dedicated caseload support team.

Licensed OTs will work with families, apply evidence-based interventions, and document progress, while collaborating with supervising clinicians and a broader care team.

Qualifikationen

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• AHCCCS provider ID is preferred/required where applicable.
• Article 9 certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to support children's functional skills, independence, and participation in daily activities.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, patient performance, and progress within required timeframes.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support skill development and carryover of therapy goals at home.
• Collaborate with families, supervising clinicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate patient progress, care needs, and treatment recommendations.
• Optionally provide clinical supervision to COTAs, as qualified and authorized.

Flexible Employment Options

• 1099 Independent Contractor: Minimum 8 sessions per week

Opportunities are available throughout Arizona, depending on location and caseload availability.

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills

Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required.
