Job summary

PYG Therapy is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our pediatric home health team. We focus on improving communication, language, feeding, and functional skills in the child’s natural environment.

Whether you’re an experienced pediatric clinician or new to home health, you’ll receive strong support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for supervision and mentorship. We offer multiple employment options: full-time, part-time, and contract.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have CPR certification
• AHCCCS ID
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients in the home setting
• Complete evaluations and assessments to determine individualized treatment needs
• Develop and implement personalized plans of care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Educate caregivers on strategies that support communication development outside of therapy sessions
• Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain ongoing communication regarding patient progress, recommendations, and treatment goals
• Optional opportunities available for supervision and mentorship of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

Key Responsibilities

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

Schedule Flexibility

We understand that every clinician has different scheduling needs.

Available options include:

• Caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits weekly
• Opportunities available throughout Arizona
