Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. seeks nurses to provide skilled pediatric home health care in Elkhorn, NE. You will support children with medical complexities in home and school settings, manage trach, G-tube, and ventilator care, and coordinate with families and care teams.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time overnight shifts, plus night and weekend differentials, and a range of benefits focusing on meaningful, one-on-one care for medically fragile children.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education.
