Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Jasper, IN is hiring an LPN/LVN to provide in-home pediatric nursing care. The role requires applying the nursing process to assess and meet patient needs in the home setting.

The position offers hourly wages of $26-$30 with weekly paychecks plus benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance and a 401(k). Paid time off and other employee programs are available.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the nurse will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care on each assignment according to orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients.
• Collect and analyze data and document nursing diagnoses.
