Earn $35–$40 per hour with weekly paychecks and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Prior RN experience and required licenses ensure readiness for patient-centered nursing across settings.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate as required by contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services for clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiates the plan of care and requests revisions as patient status changes.
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Intervenes in response to changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and documents effectiveness.
• Reviews plan of care and identifies needs for teaching, care coordination, and discharge planning.
