Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in the United States seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. The role offers hourly pay of $25-$27 with weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package.

The LPN will perform nursing processes, assess and document care, and support patients in their own homes according to orders, focusing on safety, comfort, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team.
