Job summary

Caring Angels Home Care, LLC is seeking dynamic Physical Therapists to join our team serving home-based pediatric patients. Both part-time and full-time roles with a base salary of $135,000 USD and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

We offer door-to-door car service, flexible scheduling, and a generous PTO/holiday plan. Responsibilities include evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status while complying with regulations and NY licensing

Qualifications

• Licensed in New York as a Physical Therapist (required).
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by APTA/medical education authorities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement, treat and document patient status for home care pediatric patients.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and agency standards; obtain appropriate certification.
