Job summary

Caring Angels Home Care, LLC is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for home-based pediatric patients in the Bronx. Positions available are part-time and full-time, with a base salary of $135,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

An option for Independent Contractors includes a $100 per 30-minute session rate, plus weekend coverage flexibility. We offer personal driver service from your home to cases and back, the only agency in New York providing this door-to-door car service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program approved by APTA or Council on Medical Education/Hospitals of AMA.
• Licensed in New York State as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience with home-based pediatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement, treat, and document status of home-based pediatric patients.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and agency standards.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely manner.
