Job summary

Caring Angels Home Care in Brooklyn seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist for home-based pediatric patients. The role offers a base salary of $125,000 annually, medical and dental insurance, a 401k after 3 months, 27 PTO days and 10 paid holidays. Fee-for-service is available for contractors at $100 per 30-minute session.

The PT will evaluate, plan, implement, and document patient status, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and agency standards. Weekends optional.

Qualifications

• New York State Physical Therapy license is required.
• Successful completion of an approved physical therapy program.
• Experience in home care or pediatric therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement, treat and document patient status for home care pediatric patients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and agency standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with families and other caregivers.
