Job summary

A New Hope Home Care in Asheville, NC is seeking RN or LPN nurses to provide one-on-one skilled pediatric home care. You’ll manage trach/vent, administer medications, monitor vitals, and provide care so children can thrive in familiar surroundings.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed)

• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one care for pediatric clients with medical complexities (trach, vent, tube feeding, seizures, infusions, etc.).
• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform trach/vent care and management
• Monitor and assess physical, psychological, and social needs
• Document care accurately and timely
• Educate and support families
• Assist with ADLs as needed
