Job summary

A New Hope Home Care is seeking compassionate nurses to provide skilled one-on-one pediatric home care in clients' homes. You will manage trach/vent care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support families to help children thrive.

We offer flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed).
• Passion for pediatric/home care and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one care for pediatric clients with medical complexities (trach, vent, tube feeding, seizures, infusions, etc.).
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Perform trach/vent care and management.
• Monitor and assess physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Educate and support families.
• Assist with ADLs as needed.
