Job summary

A New Hope Home Care in Asheville, NC is seeking a dedicated pediatric nurse to provide one-on-one skilled nursing in clients’ homes. You’ll manage trach/vent care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support families while delivering compassionate, relationship-based care.

Shift available Monday–Friday, Day shift, school-based. We offer flexible scheduling, CPR training (free if needed), competitive pay with benefits, and a collaborative clinical team that trains you in pediatric home

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed).
• Passion for pediatric/home care with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one care for pediatric clients with medical complexities (trach, vent, tube feeding, seizures, infusions, etc.).
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Perform trach/vent care and management.
• Monitor and assess physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Educate and support families.
• Assist with ADLs as needed.
