A New Hope Home Care is seeking dedicated pediatric nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing in clients' homes across North Carolina. You’ll manage trach/vent care, medications, vitals, and family education in a focused, meaningful setting.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), competitive pay with shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training; pediatric care experience is valued but we will train the right nurse.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification (we’ll provide if needed).
• Passion for pediatric/home care and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one care for pediatric clients with medical complexities (trach, vent, tube feeding, seizures, infusions, etc.).
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Perform trach/vent care and management.
• Monitor and assess physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Educate and support families.
• Assist with ADLs as needed.
