Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and develop our pediatric home care team. This role blends hands-on nursing with staff leadership, mentoring, and program development to ensure exceptional in-home pediatric care.

You will conduct in-home assessments, oversee care plans, and coach field nurses while expanding clinical services and maintaining regulatory compliance across the service area.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience.
• Hands-on pediatric nursing and bedside nursing experience.
• Home health or home care experience preferred.
• Tracheostomy/ventilator experience preferred or willingness to learn.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care.
• Conduct in‑home client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to field nursing staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses.
• Coordinate and provide ongoing in‑services and education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.
• Support quality care delivery and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
