Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a large multi-disciplinary team including pediatric oncology social workers.
• Coordinate transportation, home care, nutritional services and discharge planning for inpatients.
• Develop pediatric programs and groups for children, adolescents, and parents.
