Children's of Alabama in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide professional nursing care with minimal supervision. You will assess, intervene, reassess, educate, and evaluate care for pediatric patients in the Hematology/Oncology unit.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an Alabama RN license, and current BLS certification. Schedule includes 3 twelve-hour night/evening shifts, with every third weekend, at the Benjamin Russell Hospital for Children.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the State of Alabama.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to patients with assessment, interventions, and reassessments.
• Plan, implement, educate, and evaluate care for patients/caregivers.
• Deliver care on the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit, across the Quarterback Tower of the Benjamin Russell Hospital for Children.
