Job summary

As a skilled and compassionate RN on the LCH 11P Hematology/Oncology & Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care. You will use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and best experience across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of RN experience; not for new graduates.
• RN license issued by the practicing state.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Pediatric or hem/onc inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards and policies.
