Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children’s seeks an experienced nursing leader to provide clinical and operational oversight for the ambulatory Pediatric Cancer/Blood Disorders and Bone Marrow Transplant programs, as well as Pediatric Neurology.

This role partners with education, infusion, and practice management teams to drive high-quality pediatric care in a busy hospital-based clinic environment. Strong leadership, budget oversight, and regulatory acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred; MSN required within 5 years if undergrad is BSN.
• Enrollment in MSN within 1 year of hire/transfer date; leadership certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ambulatory Pediatric Cancer/Blood Disorders and Bone Marrow Transplant programs.
• Provide clinical and operational leadership for nursing staff.
• Manage Nurse Navigators, Clinic Nurses, and nursing support staff.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Lead performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
