Job summary

Blue Signal is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager in Charlotte, NC to serve as a frontline ambassador for pediatric and behavioral health services. You will build partnerships with hospitals, educational institutions, therapists, and community groups, expanding access to care and driving regional referrals.

You will travel locally 60–75%, conduct in-person outreach 3–4 days weekly, and lead CRM-driven coordination across clinical, intake, and recruitment teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, referral development, or community outreach in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for face-to-face engagement.
• Self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented with hunter’s mindset.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and analyzing outreach data.

Responsibilities

• Foster lasting connections with strategic partners across pediatric healthcare, education, therapy services, and community organizations.
• Engage in regular in-person outreach, 3–4 days per week meeting potential referral sources and delivering materials.
• Develop and implement a targeted community engagement plan with scheduling, referral monitoring, and metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between clinical, intake, and recruitment teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide leadership with market insights.
• Design and deliver educational events to promote visibility and drive referrals.
• Help design a scalable referral expansion plan for nationwide growth.
