Job summary

Blue Signal is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager to drive growth and regional awareness of pediatric behavioral health services. The role emphasizes field outreach, strategic partnerships with schools, clinicians, and community orgs, and data-driven referral optimization.

You will be in a hybrid workplace in Omaha, traveling locally to meet partners, and collaborating with clinical and recruitment teams to expand access to care for children and families.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, referral development or community outreach in healthcare or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face engagement.
• Self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented with hunter mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and using outreach data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of local pediatric health systems is a plus.
• Passion for increasing access to care for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Foster lasting connections with partners across pediatric healthcare, education, therapy services, and community orgs.
• Schedule and conduct regular in-person outreach 3–4 days per week to referral sources.
• Develop a community engagement plan with referrals, visits, and metrics.
• Coordinate across clinical, intake, and recruitment teams for aligned referrals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide updates to leadership.
• Design and run educational events to promote visibility and referrals.
• Help scale a referral expansion plan for nationwide growth.
